Step Up

A creative employability skills course for key-skills and career development. Participants are taken through a series of creative and performing arts based workshops focused on developing employability and team-work, culminating in organising, producing and performing in their own show or production event. This course is learner led.

Who is it for?
People aged 14 +, with low levels of confidence and achievements, who have not engaged with formal styles of learning.

Features:

• Experienced workshop leaders active in creative industry practices, key-life skills and employability.
• Workshops include: event management, performance skills (dance, drama or singing – optional) team building, confidence boosting, communication, interview skills and techniques and C.V. writing.
• Final show is recorded and achievements are noted throughout course.
• Accredited to NOCN Entry Level, or Level 1.
