HAZARDS IN THE HOME

‘Hazards in the Home’ explores common hazards at home. It engages young people and builds their awareness of what they can do to help keep their home safe. In ‘Hazards in the Home’ the audience go on a journey with Jen the narrator. Jen is there to teach the children all about hazards and get them to understand and identify hazards in the various scenes that they will watch in the play.

The scenes focus on David and Sally at home and we see them in various rooms around the house. During the scenes with David and Sally we see them both doing things that could be hazardous and result in accidents! From these scenes the children will be taught to identify hazards in the home and the do’s and don’ts around safety in the home.
